This website (the "Site") is owned and operated by Taylor Cook, an independent yoga teacher and individual sole proprietor based in Austin, Texas, United States ("I," "me," or "my"). 2. Scope of this policy

This policy explains how I collect, use, disclose, sell, share, and protect personal information when you visit the Site, contact me, or book or inquire about yoga classes, private group sessions, corporate events, or other services. It applies to the Site only and not to third-party platforms (such as Airbnb, Flow Yoga, Instagram, or payment processors), which maintain their own privacy practices.

3.1 Information you provide

I collect information you choose to give me, such as your name, email address, phone number, the contents of messages or inquiry forms, event and booking details, and any other information you include when you contact me or arrange a session.

3.2 Information collected automatically

When you use the Site, I and my service providers may automatically collect technical and usage information, including your IP address, device and browser type, operating system, referring and exit pages, pages viewed, links clicked, approximate location derived from your IP address, and the dates and times of your visits. This information is gathered through cookies, pixels, tags, server logs, and similar technologies.

3.3 Information from third parties

I may receive information about you from analytics and advertising providers, social media platforms, booking platforms, and other partners, and I may combine that information with data I already hold.

I do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers I know to be under 16 years of age.

I reserve all rights in the content I publish. Their collection and use of your information is governed by their own privacy policies, which I encourage you to review. I am not responsible for the practices of third parties.

I keep personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, including to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements, after which I delete or de-identify it.

I use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and I cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information; to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and targeted advertising; and to not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.

California (CCPA/CPRA): rights to know, access, delete, correct, and opt out of sale/sharing, and to limit use of sensitive personal information.
Texas (TDPSA) and other U.S. states: rights to access, correct, delete, obtain a portable copy, and opt out of sale and targeted advertising.
EU/UK (GDPR): rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, where applicable.
