Her practice

A practice that started in 2010.

Taylor has been practicing yoga since 2010. Yoga has profoundly impacted her life physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually, which ultimately inspired her to share the practice with others and become a teacher.

She currently teaches power, vinyasa, hatha flow, hatha, yin, and restorative yoga. While she teaches all levels, she prefers to keep her classes as beginner-friendly as possible, offering up-level options for those who want them. Regardless of the style she's teaching, her primary focus is helping students leave with a regulated nervous system and a deep sense of peace.

Her philosophy

You are the best guide of your own body.

Taylor is known for being able to teach to everybody in the room. Her language is permissive and welcoming, not rigid, and never about forcing the most intense pose. Class is meant to be a nourishing way to tune into your body, not perform for anyone.

As someone who has beaten two chronic illnesses herself, Taylor has learned through the test of time that not everyone's body is the same. There is no way people should or shouldn't look, and we are each the best teacher and guide of our own body.

That belief shapes every class. Taylor creates an inclusive environment where people feel genuinely welcome. There is no body type, level of ability, or disability that is not welcome in her class.
