A Simple Reset for the Middle of the Day
Some days do not need a full class. They need a pause.
Try this:
- Sit or stand with both feet grounded.
- Let your shoulders soften away from your ears.
- Inhale for four counts.
- Exhale for six counts.
- Repeat for one minute before choosing the next thing.
Small practices count. They are often the way back into the body.
