A Simple Reset for the Middle of the Day

Some days do not need a full class. They need a pause.

Try this:

  1. Sit or stand with both feet grounded.
  2. Let your shoulders soften away from your ears.
  3. Inhale for four counts.
  4. Exhale for six counts.
  5. Repeat for one minute before choosing the next thing.

Small practices count. They are often the way back into the body.
